Shipping & Return Policies

If you are ordering from a Spirit/Merch Store, they each have their own policies and can be found on the specific store homepage.

 

Return Policy

All orders are final on custom orders since they are made specific for you!  We understand that sometimes we goof so if that happens, please email any issues and photos of damages to mackieshae@gmail.com within 5 days on delivery confirmation.  The issues we cover with custom items would be printing or item defects.  We will look over any issues and resolve as necessary.  We offer store credit or replacement of same item, we do not issue refunds on custom items.  

Shipping

We allow 10-12 Week Days (M-F) to complete regular items. We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible!

Embroidery items can take up to 3 weeks to be completed.  

This does not include the shipping time. We are not responsible for items after they are shipped.  Lost items will need a claim filed with the carrier.

Holidays do not count as week days!  Any other non-working days will be posted at the top of our website. 

Bulk Orders have different turn around policies, please contact us for this information.

If you need something custom quicker, please contact us.

You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. We ship via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx depending on size of shipment! If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the 12 Week Day Time, Please contact us. Sometimes these confirmations end up in your spam, please check there as well.

Please note: All orders placed after 4PM, will be processed the following day.

Example 1: If you place an order at 5PM on a Monday, the order will be started on Tuesday. Your 12 Day Turn-a-round starts Tuesday.

Example 2: If you place an order at 6PM on a Friday, the order will be started on Monday. Your 12 Day Turn-a-round starts Monday.

Also, The Turn-a-round time does not start until payment is made. Delay in approving designs can extend turn-a-round time.

Almost ALL orders ship within the 10-12 day turn-around. THIS DOES EXCLUDE PRE-SALES OR OTHER SPECIAL SALES, THE TURN-A-ROUND ON THEM WILL VARY BUT BE STATED ON EACH SALE AS THEY COME UP.
